Description

Early 19th century. Single storey with basement, 3-bay classical house. Finely droved ashlar, harled to basement, sandstone rubble to rear and side elevations. Band course, cornice and blocking course, broad Doric clasping pilasters. Raised bay to centre of principal (NE) elevation, 6 steps to panelled door, plate glass rectangular fanlight, pilaster colonnade doorpiece. Windows to flanking bays at each level. Small extension to bay at centre to rear.

Plate glass timber sash and case to ground, 4-pane timber sash and case windows to basement. Graded grey slate piended roof with rendered coped wallhead stack to SE side elevation, truncated stack to NW elevation.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: later addition to top, harled with battlements.
