Description

This building, located at 32 Church Street in Portknockie, dates back to 1849. It is a single-storey, three-bay cottage with an additional single bay on the west side. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring contrasting painted detailing in both long and short forms. The entrance is centrally located, and the windows have two-pane glazing. The main house has end stacks, and the roofs are covered with slate.
