Description
33 Church Street in Portknockie is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the later 19th century, likely with some later heightening. Each house has three bays, a central entrance, and gabled dormers that break the wallhead. They feature end and ridge stacks and have a slate roof.
No. 31 is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted dressings and modern glazing. No. 33 is constructed from tooled rubble, also with contrasting painted dressings. It has a panelled door, with 8-pane glazing in the ground floor windows and 4-pane glazing in the attic.
