34 High Street in Portknockie is a pair of late 19th century single storey and attic houses, featuring two bays. The front is made of tooled rubble, while the sides are harled, with contrasting painted concrete dressings. Each house has paired central entrances with panelled doors. There is a single gabled dormer that breaks the wallhead in the outer bay of each house, and both have modern 2-pane glazing. The houses have coped end stacks and a slate roof.
