Description

37 Church Street in Portknockie is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the later 19th century, featuring three bays each. Both houses have two gabled dormers that break the wallhead, with end and ridge stacks and a slate roof.

No. 35 is constructed from tooled rubble with contrasting painted dressings, featuring 8-pane glazing on the ground floor and 4-pane glazing in the dormers. No. 37 has a dry dashed finish with contrasting painted dressings, a panelled door, and modern 2-pane glazing.
