Description

19 Pulteney Street is a cottage built in the early to mid-19th century, later heightened. It is a single-storey, three-bay structure with a dry dash finish and contrasting painted margins. The cottage features a central entrance with a panelled door and late 19th-century projecting canted wallhead dormers, which have 4-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof. At the west gable, there is a single-storey, two-bay wing, likely a former fishing store, which has modern glazing.
