30 High Street in Portknockie is a late 19th-century house that is single storey with an attic and has three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. It features a central entrance and canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays, which have modern glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is a garage located at the east gable.
