Description

Rose Villa is a house located at 25 High Street in Portknockie, built around 1910. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure facing north. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings, and the flanks are harled. The entrance is centrally located and features a corniced design with a panelled door and side lights. The outer bays have canted dormers that rest on canted, projecting ground floor windows, which include 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
