Description

Rock House is a house located at 21 New Street in Findochty, built around 1910. This two-storey, three-bay house faces north and features a rendered front with contrasting painted coursing and long and short dressings. The sides are made of rubble, and there is a brick forestair at the west gable that leads to the upper storey, which is a flatted dwelling. The central entrance has a panelled door, with bipartite windows on either side at the ground floor level, and gabled dormers above that break the wallhead. The windows have modern two-pane glazing in wooden frames. The house has coped concrete stacks at the ends and a slate roof.
