Description

22 New Street in Findochty is an early 20th century single storey and attic house. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted dressings. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and two piended canted dormers that have cast-iron decorative finials and 4-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof. There is a lean-to extension on the south gable and a lower single storey, 3-bay wing at the rear that has a felt roof.
