Description
18 New Street in Findochty is a house believed to have been built in 1915. It is two stories high and has three bays. The front is painted and rendered, while the sides are made of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. The main entrance is centrally located and features a panelled door. The ground floor has bipartite windows, and gabled dormers are present in the outer bays, with both 2-pane and 4-pane glazing. There are end stacks topped with concrete copes, and the roof is covered with slate. A modern flat-roofed garage is located at the north gable.
