Description
11 New Street in Findochty is a building dated 1902. It is likely a mid-19th century single-storey, three-bay cottage that was raised to two storeys in 1902. There is a small single-bay addition at the south gable. The exterior is rendered and painted, lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting raised long and short dressings. The central entrance features a panelled door, and gabled dormers break the wallhead in the outer bays, which have four-pane glazing. The building has coped end stacks and slate roofs.
