Description

12 New Street in Findochty is a cottage built in the later 19th century. It is a single-storey structure with three bays, constructed from rubble with later rendered dressings. The cottage features a central entrance and has 2-pane glazing. There are end stacks that have been raised in brick, and the roof is covered with slate. Additionally, there is a single-storey, two-bay extension at the north gable, which is linked to a similar extension at No 10.
