dated 1844. Single storey cottage raised to 2 storeys in later 19th century, 3-bays. Mixed squared rubble, painted tooled margins and later concrete dressings. Centre entrance with panelled door; later 19th century gabled dormers in outer bays; 12-pane glazing. End stacks; heightened at S; slate roof. Single storey single bay extension at N gable.
