Description

3 New Street in Findochty is a mid-19th century single-storey cottage featuring three bays, with a two-bay addition at the south gable. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted long and short dressings. The cottage has a central entrance and 12-pane glazing. It includes coped end stacks and a slate roof, along with a rear dormer.
