Description

10 New Street in Findochty is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the later 19th century. The exterior is rendered with contrasting painted joints and features long and short dressings. The central entrance has a panelled door with a cushioned cross-rail and a cast plaque above the lintel displaying the street number, along with 2-pane glazing. The cottage has heightened end stacks and a slate roof that includes modern skylights. There is a single-storey extension at the south gable, which is linked to a similar extension at number 12.
