Description
9 New Street in Findochty is a house dated 1873, likely raised in height in the late 19th century. It is a single-storey and attic structure with three bays, along with a narrow two-bay extension at the north gable that was later elevated to two storeys and features a flat roof. The exterior is rendered and painted, with raised self-coloured long and short margins. The central entrance has a panelled door and 12-pane glazing. The house is topped with a slate roof and has coped end concrete stacks.
