Description

15 New Street in Findochty is a 2-storey, 3-bay house built around 1900, which may include elements of an earlier single-storey cottage. The exterior features dry dash with painted raised and rendered concrete dressings. The central entrance has a door from the 1930s, and there are three gabled dormers that break the wallhead, fitted with modern 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
