Description

17 New Street in Findochty is a house built around 1900, which may include parts of an earlier single-storey cottage. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with painted render and contrasting painted dressings. The house features a central entrance and has two gabled dormers that break the wallhead, with modern two-pane glazing. It has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is a modern gabled garage extension on the south gable, added in 1987.
