Description

24 New Street in Findochty is an early 20th century house featuring a single storey and attic design with three bays. The front is painted and rendered, showcasing contrasting detailing and dressings, while the sides are harled. The central entrance is flanked by bipartite windows on the ground floor, and there are bipartite and gabled dormers in the outer bays that break the wallhead, all with 2-pane glazing. The house has end stacks topped with concrete copes and a slate roof. There is also a wing at the rear.
