Description

28 New Street in Findochty is an early 20th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. It features dry dashed rubble walls with contrasting painted dressings and rubble flanks. The central entrance has a panelled door with a cushioned cross-rail set in a shallow corniced porch, flanked by bipartite windows. Gabled dormers break the wallhead in the outer bays, and the windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
