Description

20 New Street in Findochty is a house built around 1915. It is two stories high and has three bays. The front is painted and rendered, while the sides are made of rubble, featuring contrasting painted concrete dressings. The entrance is centrally located and has a panelled door. The ground floor has bipartite windows, and there are gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays, which have modern wooden frames with 2-pane glazing. The house has end stacks with concrete copes and a slate roof.
