Circa 1915. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Painted rendered frontage, rubble flanks, contrasting painted concrete dressings. Centre entrance with panelled door; ground floor bipartites; gabled dormers break wallhead in outer bays; 2-pane glazing (modern wooden frames). End stacks with concrete copes; slate roof.
