Description
200 Seatown in Cullen is a late 19th century house that features a single storey and an attic, with three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted concrete dressings that include long and short detailing. The central entrance is corniced and has a panelled door with a cushioned cross-rail, flanked by corniced bipartite windows with moulded chamfered jambs. The outer bays have canted dormers topped with decorative cast-iron finials, and the windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. There is also a single storey lean-to extension at the west gable.
