202 Seatown in Cullen is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. It features a later extension at the south gable. The exterior is dry dashed, likely over clay and boulder, with contrasting painted margins. The east elevation has an off-centre door and the north gable, which faces the sea, has two windows with two-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a slate roof, which includes modern loft roof lights.
