Description

37 High Street in Pittulie is an early 19th-century cottage that is single storey with a dormerless attic and features three bays. At the northern gable, which faces the sea, there is a continuous single storey, two-bay addition that was likely a former store. The southern gable faces the street. The cottage has a heavily pointed rubble construction with a harled frontage and a modern rear extension. The entrance is centrally located, flanked by windows, and the extension includes a door and window with 2-pane glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
