Earlier 19th century. Single storey, narrow 3-bay cottage.

Dry dashed (probably over clay and boulder), contrasting

painted margins. Centre entrance; 4-pane glazing. End stacks;

slate roof with 2 loft roof lights.

Single storey, single bay lean-to extension at E gable.
