Description

24 Church Street in Portknockie is a house from the later 19th century, featuring a single storey and attic with three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted dressings. The central entrance is flanked by square-headed bipartite windows. There are two canted wallhead dormers and a central gabled dormer that has decorative bargeboards, all fitted with 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a single storey, two-bay extension on the west side.
