Description

9 Pulteney Street is a house from the early to mid-19th century, featuring later 19th-century dormers. It is a single-storey building with an attic and has three bays. The structure is made of square rubble with contrasting painted joints and tooled ashlar dressings. The entrance is centrally located, and there are two later wallhead canted dormers with 4-pane glazing. The house has end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a two-bay extension at the west gable.
