Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 81 High Street in Fochabers, dating from around 1800. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone, with contrasting painted ashlar margins. It features a central door and predominantly four-pane glazing. There is a single stack at one end of the building, and the roof is covered with slate.
