Description

This is a two-storey, three-bay house located at 37 Seafield Street in Cullen, built between 1820 and 1830. The house is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. It features a central entrance, although the door has been blocked on the left side. There is a slightly enlarged window in the left outer bay, while the other windows have regular fenestration with either 8-pane or 12-pane glazing. The house has end stacks, which are heightened on the right side, and is topped with a slate roof.
