Description

27 Seafield Street in Cullen is a two-storey house built between 1820 and 1830, featuring a later attic and designed as a five-bay structure with two separate dwellings. The exterior is made of heavily pointed rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. There are two doorways with alternating windows, and the windows at No. 29 have been enlarged. The first floor has three bays of fenestration, and No. 27 includes a later canted wallhead dormer. The house has varied glazing, coped end stacks, and a slate roof.
