The Seafield Street Viaduct in Cullen, built by P M Barnett between 1884 and 1886, is a three-arched railway viaduct. It features a central arch flanked by wide piers that accommodate pedestrian passages. The structure is made of bullfaced rubble with ashlar dressings and some brick facings. The brick arch rings are complemented by corbelled buttress detailing that flanks the central arch, which is linked by a blocked band course. The low parapet is capped with ashlar coping.
