Description
49 Seafield Street in Cullen is a building likely constructed between 1820 and 1830. It is two stories tall and was probably originally two separate two-bay dwellings, but now features an irregular four-bay frontage. The exterior is made of heavily pointed rubble with tooled rubble margins. The entrance is off-centre, and there are four windows on the ground floor and four on the first floor, one of which is significantly narrower. The windows have two-pane glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof, along with a rear forestair and a piended dormer.
