Description

85 High Street in Fochabers is a two-storey and attic dwelling and shop built around 1800. The building features harled walls with contrasting painted chamfered ashlar margins. The shop window has been enlarged, and there are two doorways. The first floor has a regular arrangement of windows with 4-pane glazing. Additionally, there are a pair of canted dormers added in the later 19th century. The roof is slate and has coped end stacks.
