Early 19th century. Low 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, terraced dwelling with shop at ground. Ashlar.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: centre door modern shop to right at ground, and panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight to outer left; 1st floor with 3 windows grouped to right and 2 polygonal-roofed canted dormers over outer bays.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Copes ashlar stacks with some cans; ashlar-coped skew to W.
