Description

36 Mill Square in Catrine is an early 19th-century, two-storey and attic, three-bay terraced dwelling that once housed two shops on the ground floor. The building features a dry-dashed exterior with painted ashlar dressings, quoin strips, and a base course, along with regular window arrangements. The central door is flanked by the former shop entrances. There is a small closet window on the first floor, and two piend-roofed dormers with a small skylight situated between them. The rear elevation is plain. The windows are timber sash and case with 12 panes. The front roof is covered with grey slates, while the rear has concrete tiles, and there are brick chimney stacks.
