Description
10-12 Mill Square in Catrine is an early 19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay terraced house that once housed shops on the ground floor. The building is dry-dashed with painted ashlar dressings, featuring quoin strips, a base course, and an eaves course. It has large windows on the ground floor and first-floor windows positioned close to the eaves. The ground floor includes a central door, with a door and window to the right and a door flanked by windows to the left. There is a canted piend-roofed dormer on the left side. The rear elevation is plain and includes a two-storey extension. The windows are timber sash and case with 12 panes. The roof is covered with grey slates, has ashlar coped skews, and brick stacks.
