Description
12 Bridge Street in Catrine is an early 19th-century, symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay end-of-terrace flatted dwelling. The exterior is dry-dashed with painted ashlar dressings, featuring quoin strips, a base course, and an eaves course. The entrance door is located at the center, and the first-floor windows are positioned hard under the eaves. The gable end has windows that are displaced to the left. The rear elevation is plain and has been refurbished with modern extensions. The front features timber sash and case 12-pane windows, while the rear has modern plate glass windows. The roof is covered with grey slates at the front and concrete tiles at the rear, with ashlar coped skews and brick stacks.
