Description

14 St Germain Street in Catrine is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay terraced house that features shops on the ground floor. The building is harled with painted ashlar dressings and includes a base course, cornice, and blocking course. The front has regular fenestration with three doors at the center, flanked by two shop windows on the ground level. Above, there are a pair of large piend-roofed dormers that are slate-hung.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass and consist of 12 panes. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are brick stacks, which have been reduced to the west, along with ashlar coped skews.
