Description

8 St Germain Street in Catrine is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay terraced house. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar dressings. It features a base course, an eaves course, and regular window arrangements, with the first-floor windows positioned closely under the eaves. There are two doors located centrally on the ground floor. The windows are timber sash and case with 12 panes, and the door and right bay on the ground floor have grilles. The roof is covered with grey slates and has brick stacks, which have been reduced on the east side, along with ashlar coped skews.
