Description

40 Mill Square is an early 19th century, two-storey and attic, two-bay end of terrace house located at the corner of the square. The building features a dry-dashed exterior with painted ashlar dressings and a base course. The door is positioned to the far left, with central extra closet windows on each floor. There is a piend-roofed dormer on the right side.

The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case style with horns. The front is covered with grey slates, and there are brick stacks. A rooflight is situated in the center of the roof.
