Description
Greenbank is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay end of terrace house located on a corner site in Gifford. The building is constructed from squared and snecked pink sandstone, featuring cement rendered dressings, with a rendered and lined gable end elevation to the north.
The west elevation has a door positioned close to the quoins of the adjoining house on the right, accompanied by a strip fanlight above it. There is a window above the door and another in the bay to the left. The north elevation includes two ground floor windows and one first floor window to the left.
The sash and case windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern. The house features ashlar coped skews, end stacks, and is topped with grey slates.
