Description
Rockingstone is a semi-detached house from the later 18th century, featuring two stories and three bays. The exterior is finished with white painted harling and has painted ashlar margins.
On the south elevation, there is a central door flanked by widely spaced windows in the outer bays. Above, three windows are located under the eaves. The east elevation shows the gable line of a former adjoining cottage, with a modern garage situated below it.
To the west, Georgeville is attached and is listed separately. The sash and case windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there are brick stacks.
