Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house in irregular terrace. Dry-dash with painted margins and quoin strip to right. Eaves course.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep-set modern timber door to centre with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration at 1st floor; rooflight to left of centre.

12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Modern red pantiles. Coped rubble stack, ashlar-coped skew to right and cast-iron downpipe with decorative rainwater hopper to left.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low semicircular-coped boundary walls.
