Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Dry-dash with architraved margins. Base and eaves courses. Corniced door.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep-set panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight to centre, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor, modern rooflights over outer bays.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates,

2 Velux rooflights. Shared, coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans, ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped rubble boundary walls.
