51 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

51 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay classical terraced house. It features droved ashlar stonework, an eaves cornice, and architraved surrounds with cornices above the windows and door.

The south elevation is symmetrical, showcasing a deep-set panelled door with a fanlight at the centre, flanked by windows, and regular windows on the first floor. There is a small nesting box located to the outer left near the eaves.

On the north elevation, the ground floor is obscured, but there is a slightly projecting central stair tower with windows in the flanking bays on the first floor. The house has plate glass glazing in sash and case windows, grey slate roofing, ashlar coped stacks with cans, coped ashlar skews, and a timber nesting box.

The boundary walls and railings consist of low saddleback-coped harled walls with modern railings to the south, and coped rubble boundary walls to the north, east, and west.
