Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, classical terraced house. Droved ashlar, eaves cornice, architraved surrounds with window and doorhead cornices.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Centre deep-set

panelled door with fanlight, windows in flanking bays and regular windows at 1st floor with small nesting box to outer left close to eaves.

N ELEVATION: ground floor obscured. Slightly projecting centre stair tower with windows in flanking bays at 1st floor.

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slates, Ashlar coped stacks with cans and coped ashlar skews and timber nesting box.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: low saddleback-coped harled walls with modern railings to S, coped rubble boundary walls to N, E and W.
