Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house closing terrace to E. Squared and snecked rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Base and eaves courses. Stone mullions and chamfered arrises.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Bay to centre with pilastered and block pedimented doorcase and deep-set panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight; canted and corniced tripartite windows to flanking bays. Window to centre above with bipartite windows in flanking bays and piended, canted tripartite dormer windows over outer bays.

W ELEVATION: broad gable with window to left of centre at each floor, and blank flat-roofed bay to outer left.

Small-pane and 4-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans and ashlar-coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped and semicircular-coped rubble boundary walls.

Listed particularly for integrity of form and end of irregular terrace position.
