Description

Later 19th century. 2 storey, 3 bay, rectangular plan house, forming end of terrace. Tooled coursed sandstone with droved dressings; long and short quoins.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: asymmetrical; central recessed doorway with stop chamfered surround; replaced glazed timber door; bipartite window in bay to right with built up cement surround; window in bay to left; regular fenestration to 1st floor.

SW ELEVATION: 2 bay; random rubble; window in bay to right at ground; regular fenestration to 1st floor.

SE ELEVATION: not seen 1997.

NE ELEVATION: obscured by adjoining terrace.

8 pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with stone skews; cast iron rainwater goods; coped rubble gablehead stack with circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
