Description

Early 19th century, with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house at end of terrace. Coursed rubble and harl with ashlar quoins and stone cills. Eaves course; stone mullions.

E (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Modern timber door at centre in small timber porch, later bipartite windows in flanking bays and 3 regular windows at 1st floor, modern rooflight over bay to left.

S ELEVATION: bipartite window to outer right at 1st floor, flat-roofed extension to left.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans, ashlar coped skews and foliate scroll skewputts.

BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: low coped dwarf wall with decorative cast-iron railings.
