Description
11-13 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that forms part of an irregular terrace. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with stone margins.
The south elevation features a corniced door at the center, flanked by windows, with regular fenestration on the first floor and two modern rooflights. The top opening windows have modern plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.
Surrounding the property are low saddleback-coped rubble boundary walls with modern iron railings to the south, and high coped rubble boundary walls to the north, east, and west.
